Πόνος στην κοιλιά και δυσκοιλιότητα μετά από διάγνωση κωλικού εντέρου - Τι να κάνουμε;
Καλησπέρα σας ο μπαμπας μου εδώ και μια βδομάδα έχει πόνους στην κοιλιά . Ξεκίνησε με απίστευτο πόνο κατέληξε νοσοκομείο και τελικά μας είπαν κωλικο εντέρου . Ο πόνος όμως συνεχίζεται ακόμη και σήμερα στην περιοχή της κοιλιάς . Υπάρχει μια δυσκοιλιότητα και τα κόπρανα κάποιες μέρες είναι φυσιοκογικα άλλες πάλι όχι . Από την εμπειρία σας πως το κρίνεται όλο αυτό ;

Ο πατέρας σας είναι προφανώς άνω των 45 ετών και άρα σε ηλικία που πολλά μπορεί να συμβαίνουν (όσο μεγαλώνουμε...)
Συνεπώς θα πρέπει να κάνει έλεγχο για τον πόνο του (αξονική κοιλιάς, κολονοσκόπηση, αιματολογικές).

Όταν λέτε νοσοκομείο εννοείτε νοσηλεία ή εξέταση στα επείγοντα ? Αναλόγως του ιστορικού, τέτοια συμπτώματα ελέγχονται καταρχάς με αξονική τομογραφία και αν δεν προκύπτει κάποιο εύρημα και με κολονοσκόπηση - θεωρώ ότι από το νοσοκομείο είτε έκαναν κάτι από αυτά ή του έδωσαν οδηγίες για να τα προγραμματίσει.
