Μπορώ να γυμνάσω το πάνω μέρος ή την πλάτη μετά από ανοιχτό χειρουργείο για κιρσούς;
Γριά σας! Έχω μία βδομάδα έχω κάνει ανοιχτό χειρουργείο για κιρσούς. Ξέρω ότι γενικα γυμ μπορείς να ξεκινήσεις μετά από 1 μήνα κι αν (βλέποντας). Ωστόσο, μπορώ να γυμναστώ το πάνω μέρος η την πλάτη; Σας ευχαριστώ!
