Ποιες τροφές να τρώω με ευερέθιστο έντερο και συνεχές φούσκωμα και πρήξιμο;
Έχω ευερέθιστο έντερο και είμαι συνέχεια φουσκωμένη - πρησμένη. Δυσκολία στον ύπνο και χασμουρητό συνέχεια. Ακόμα και όταν φάω πολύ λίγο φουσκώνω. Τι τροφές πρέπει να τρώω και τι διατροφή να κάνω για να φτιάξω το έντερο μου??
