13χρονη με πόνο μετά από σκωληκοειδίτιδα: επόμενα βήματα;
Καλησπέρα, κοριτσι 13 ετών τρεις εβδομάδες μετά από αφαίρεση σκωληκοειδίτιδας έχει έντονο πόνο τρια δάχτυλα κάτω από την τομή.Ο πονος είναι συνεχόμενος με εξάρσεις μέσα στην ημέρα.Την έχουν δει παιδοχειρούργοι,παιδίατρος και παιδογαστρεντερολογος.Κανεις δεν βρίσκει κάτι.Ολες οι εξετάσεις φυσιολογικές.Ακτινογραφια,ακτινοσκοπηση, μαγνητική κάτω κοιλίαςυπέρηχοι κάτω κοιλίας,αίματος,ούρων,καλπροτεκτίνη,crp.Ο πόνος συνεχίζεται Τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω;Φεύγει από το σχολείο εξαιτίας του πόνου και δεν πηγαίνει στα περισσότερα φροντιστήρια.

Με όλα αυτά φυσιολογικά και όχι μόνο αυτό (κάποιος της άνοιξε την κοιλιά και είδε μέσα, οπότε είναι δύσκολο να ξεφεύγει κάτι....) η υπόθεση θυμίζει ψυχολογικό αίτιο και όσο ασχολείστε θα επιμένουν. Αν θέλετε για να ηρεμήσετε κάντε και μια κολονοσκόπηση.
