Τα ωάρια μου είναι ακατάλληλα λόγω ηλικίας και τρισωμίας 18;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 40 ετών. Μετά από αμνιοπαρακεντηση βρήκαμε ότι το έμβρυο πάσχει από τρισωμια 18 κ θα διακόψουμε την κύηση. Η ερώτηση μου είναι πως αν τα ποσοστά για τρισωμιες έχουν να κάνουν με την ηλικία της μητέρας κ άρα με την ποιότητα των ωαρίων της, μήπως όλα τα ωάρια μου πλέον είναι ακατάλληλα κ δεν πρέπει να ξαναεπιχειρισω να μείνω έγκυος ξανά;

Είναι αλήθεια πως τα ποσοστά τρισωμιών αυξάνονται με την πάροδο της ηλικίας, αλλά αυτό επ ουδενί δεν σημαίνει ότι μία επόμενη εγκυμοσύνη θα ξαναεμφανίσει τρισωμία.
Καλό θα ήταν σε επόμενη κύηση να σκεφθείτε τον μη επεμβατικό προγεννητικό έλεγχο το νωρίτερο δυνατό.
