Ενδομήτριο 10χλ στην εμμηνόπαυση: ερμηνεία υπερηχογράφου και δράσεις

Είμαι 53 ετών, σε εμμηνόπαυση προ τετραετίας και σε υπέρηχο βρέθηκε ενδομητριο 10χλ. Τι πρέπει να κάνω; πως γίνεται να μην βρεθεί σε υπέροχα άνω κάτω κοιλιάς που είχα κάνει προ 5μηνου

  • Καλησπέρα σας. Στην εμμηνόπαυση, το ενδομήτριο κανονικά πρέπει να είναι λεπτό ,κάτω από 5mm αν δεν λαμβάνετε ορμονική θεραπεία. Το πάχος 10mm χρειάζεται περαιτέρω διερεύνηση, καθώς μπορεί να οφείλεται σε πολύποδα, υπερπλασία ή άλλες καταστάσεις.
    Ο υπέρηχος άνω-κάτω κοιλίας δεν είναι η κατάλληλη εξέταση για να αξιολογηθεί το ενδομήτριο, γιατί δεν έχει την ίδια ανάλυση με τον διακολπικό υπέρηχο, οπότε είναι πιθανό να μην φάνηκε τότε.
    Ο γιατρός σας πιθανότατα θα σας συστήσει υστεροσκόπηση, ώστε να έχουμε μια διάγνωση. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα κάτι ανησυχητικό, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να το ελέγξετε.
