Εξάνθημα με φαγούρα και άσχημη οσμή στα πόδια: λύσεις;

Για σας έχω ένα πρόβλημα με τα πόδια μου,στα κενά ανάμεσα στα δάχτυλα των ποδιών στα δάχτυλα των ποδιών, τα πέλματα των ποδιών, στην άκρη του ποδιού και στο πίσω μέρος του ποδιού είναι απολέπιση, έχω φαγούρα και δυσάρεστη οσμή, έχω πάει στο δερματολόγο μου είπε ότι είναι εξεμα μου δώσε BUTAVATE ΑΛΟΙΦΗ και vencil cream τα οποία δεν μου έκαναν τίποτα. Μπορείτε να μου πείτε τι μπορεί να είναι και τι να κάνω γιατί έχω πολύ φαγούρα σας παρακαλώ πολύ.
