Προσπαθώ για δεύτερο παιδί με χαμηλή ΑΜΗ και FSH, χρειάζεται εξωσωματική;
Καλημέρα σας... θα ήθελα την γνώμη σας... είμαι 35 χρόνων έχω ήδη ένα παιδί 5 χρόνον... προσπαθώ για 2 ... έκανα όμως εξετάσεις ορμόνες και έχω χαμηλή αμη 11.85 pmol... και fsh 9.97 pmol....υπάρχει περίπτωση να μεινω φυσιολογικά έχω ξεκινήσει τα inofert για συμπλήρωση.... η πρέπει να δω ενδεχομένως την περίπτωση εξωσωματική... ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καταρχάς πριν σκεφτείτε την εξωσωματική να ολοκληρωθεί ο έλεγχος, ώστε να βρεθεί η αιτία της υπογονιμότητας. Μετά θα μπορούμε να σας κατευθύνουμε.

Θα πρέπει πρώτα να ξεκινήσετε τις προσπάθειες για φυσιολογική συλληψη γιατί δεν αποκλείεται από τις ορμόνες σας. Αν δεν καταφέρετε έπειτα από 6 μήνες, τοτε θα ξεκινήσετε τη διερεύνηση.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η γονιμότητα μιας γυναίκας ή ενός ζευγαριού δεν μπορεί να εξαντληθεί απλά σε κάποιες ορμονικές εξετάσεις και την ηλικία. Είναι μια τόσο σύνθετη διαδικασία στην οποία θα πρέπει να αξιολογηθουν πάρα πολλοί παράγοντες όπως το αναλυτικό ιστορικό, ένας βασικός υπερηχογραφικος έλεγχος κλπ.
