Καλησπέρα σας, έκανα μαστογραφία δεν έδιξε κάτι ούτε η ψηλάφηση. Υπέρηχος: αναγνωρίζεται ασαφών ορίων υποηχογενές μόρφωμα με συμπαγή στοιχεία , με διαστάσεις : 13,2mm x 5,9mm , με spot αγγείωσης. BIRADS: 4. MRI: Ωοειδές μόρφωμα διαμέτρου 9χιλ με μέγιστο εμπλουτισμό >100% BIRADS : 3. Μου είπαν για επανάληψη υπερήχου. Τι κάνουμε σε τέτοια περίπτωση? Μας αρκεί η μαγνητική ή όχι? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Θα πρότεινα χωρίς να έχω δεί τις εικόνες να επαναλάβετε τον υπέρηχο σε 3 μήνες και εάν έχει αυξηθεί το μέγεθος να το αφαιρέσετε χειρουργικά.

Μάλλον θα χρειαστεί βιοψια υπό υπερηχο.
