Γρουμπούλι στο αριστερό θώρακα: Κακοήθεια και περαιτέρω εξέταση;
Γεια σας ένιωσα ένα γρουμπουλι στο θώρακα αριστερά και έκανα υπέρηχο και αναφέρει.. Στο πρόσθιο τμήμα κατώτερου αριστερού ημιθωρακιου απεικονίζονται στο εν τω βάθει κύτταρο λιπώδη ιστό της περιοχής ατρακτοειδους μορφολογίας μόρφωμα διαστάσεων 2,86χ0,46 με τυπικά ηχομορφολογικα χαρακτηριστικά λιπωνατος. Δεν παρατηρείται εικόνα αυξημένης αιμάτωσης του εν λόγω μορφώματος η έτερα παθολογικά ευρήματα από την υπό εξέταση περιοχή.. Τι είναι αυτό ??είναι κάτι που μπορεί να εξελιχθεί σε κακοήθεια??θέλει περαιτέρω εξέταση?? Ευχαριστώ
