Γνώμη για μαστογραφία γυναίκας 70 ετών με ινοαδενικά στοιχεία
Καλησπέρα σας. Θα ήθελα μια γνώμη για το παρακάτω αποτέλεσμα μαστογραφίας σε γυναίκα 70 ετών με αρνητικό οικογενειακό ιστορικό. Αμφότεροι οι μαστοί απεικονίζονται με κατά τόπους ινοαδενικά στοιχεία. Χαμηλής ακτινοσκιερότητας μικροοζιδιακά στοιχεία απεικονίζονται άμφω με το μεγαλύτερο αριστερά να απεικονίζεται στο κεντρικό άνω έξω τμήμα του μαστού. Ολιγάριθμες άνδρες ασβεστώσεις απεικονίζονται σύμφωνα χωρίς ύποπτους χαρακτήρες. Μασχαλιαίοι χώροι ελεύθεροι διογκωμένων λεμφαδένων. Το δέρμα ελέγχεται κανονικού πάχους.
