Γειά σας, είμαι 35 χρόνον έχω κάνει ΤΡΕΙΑ παιδιά, είμαι 45 κιλά,από μικρή ηλικία είχα πρόβλημα με το σώμα μου δεν περνώ εύκολα κιλά,μα δεν είναι μόνο αφτο είπα ότι μετά από τής εγκυμοσύνες θα μου μηνουν λίγα κιλά, τηποτα όμως απογοήτευση,το θέμα μου είναι ότι δεν έχω και καθόλου στήθος που με κάνει να νιώθω πολύ άσχημη,(θυλασα τα παιδιά μου των πρωτο παιδί σχεδόν χρόνο) Δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω για να παχύνω και να κάνω στήθος και δεν θέλω πλαστικές.Τι μπορώ να κάνω??? Ευχαριστώ!!!

Είναι δύσκολο χωρίς πλαστική να αποκτήσετε στήθος. Για μικρές αυξήσεις του όγκου οι πλαστικοί κάνουν λιπογλυπτική.
