Είναι φυσιολογικά τα ιναδενώματα και οι κύστες στον υπέρηχο μαστού;

Καλησπέρα. Στον υπέρηχο μαστού που έκανα για πρώτη φορά ( ηλικία 30) εμφανίστηκαν ιναδενωματα και κύστες κάτω του ενός εκατοστού. Επίσης στην κλινική εξέταση κατόπιν πίεσης από μαστολογο είχα πράσινη έκκριση από τη μια μόνο θηλή. Ο μαστολογος είπε σχετικά με έκκριση φυσιολογική, και για υπέρηχο όλα οκ και επανεξέταση σε 6 μήνες. Είναι φυσιολογικά τα ιναδενωματα κ οι κύστες; Μπορούν να εξελιχθούν σε κάτι κακό; Γενικά νιώθω τον ένα μαστό ( αυτόν με την έκκριση πιο επώδυνο ) ειδικά όταν έρχεται περίοδος. Θα χρειαστεί να κάνω προληπτικά και μαστογραφία ή μαγνητική; Ευχαριστώ

Είναι φυσιολογική η ύπαρξη και αδενωμάτων και κύστεων. Το υγρό είναι φυσιολογικό. Χρειάζεται να κάνετε υπέρηχο μαστών κάθε χρόνο.
