Διαφορά Birads 1 και Birads 2 σε μαστογραφία χωρίς ευρήματα;
Καλημέρα,σε πρόσφατη μαστογραφία,σημειώθηκε ότι έχω λιπώδης υποστροφή των μαστών,με τα ινοαδενικά στοιχεία,σε δικτυοοζώδη διαμίρφωση στμμετρικά καταναμεμημένα.Χωρίς αξιόλογη μεταβολή απο την προηγούμενη μαστογραφία.Δεν παρατηρείται εικόνα εστιακής βλάβης,διαταραχή της αρχιτεκτονικής ή υπόπτων μικροεπασβεστώσεων.Δέρμα-θηλές απεικονόζονται φυσιολογικά.Απουσία παθολογικά διογκωμένων μασχαλιαίων λεμφαδένων. Σε αυτή τη μαστογραφία συστήνεται έλεγχος με την ένδειξη Birads 2 χωρίς στην ουσία να υπάρχουν ευρήματα ενώ στην προηγούμενη που ήταν παρόμοια όπως αναφέρει σημειώνεται ως Birads1;Μπορεί αυτό να ενδείκνυται για κάποιον άλλο λόγο;Ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας!

Οχι είναι φυσιολογική.

Η ταξινομηση κατα BIRADs βασιζεται σε συγκεκριμενα ευρηματα και η κατηγορια 2 συνηγορει σε καλοηθεις αλλαγες.Δεν υπαρχει λογος ανησυχιας.
