Πρήξιμο μετά από αφαίρεση φρονιμίτη: πότε χρειάζεται επιπλέον φάρμακο;

Καλησπέρα,έκανα αφαίρεση εσώκλειστου φρονιμιτη πριν δύο ημέρες και υπάρχει έντονο πρήξιμο στο μάγουλο.Παιρνω μόνο ντεπόν και αντιβίωση λόγω του ότι δεν μπορώ να πάρω άλλο χάπι(αυτοάνοσο).Θα αποχωρήσει το πρήξιμο ή χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε να μου χορηγηθεί και άλλο χάπι ώστε να βοηθήσει;επειδή νιώθω ότι το πρήξιμο χειροτερεύει
