Ποναω στην κατω γναθο εκει που εκφυεται ο κροταφυτης μυς σαν να κανει σπασμο πως μπορει να χαλαρωσει και να μην ποναει

Μπορειτε να δοκιμασετε κυκλικές εντριβές, να αποφευγεται ενεργειες που προκαλούν σπασμό στους μύες της μάσησης, όπως το μάσημα τσίχλας αλλά και των νυχιών μας, και το δάγκωμα σκληρών τροφών , ισως υπαρχει καποια παθολογια βρουξισμου ειτε φλεγμονη στην κροταφογναθικη διαρθρωση, χρειαζεται εξεταση για την καταλληλη θεραπεια.
