Ναρκωση για πλάγιο έγκλειστο φρονιμίτη κοντά στο νεύρο χείλους;
καλησπέρα, εχω 4 έγκλειστους φρονιμιτες ο ένας κατω ειναι πλάγιος.. Με ενοχλούν οι δυο κάτω, αγγίζουν το νεύρο που δίνει κίνηση στο χείλος και είναι βαρβάτα δόντια.. Τι νάρκωση κάνουμε σε αυτή την περίπτωση ;;
