Ενέσεις ηπαρίνης μετά από αφαίρεση ημιέγκλειστου φρονιμίτη για ετεροζυγωτία Factor V?

Καλησπερα!! Είμαι 27 χρονών. Αναλυσεις αίματος καθαρές αλλά ύπαρξη μετάλλαξης FACTOR V (fh1299r) σε ετεροζυγοτία. Έχω να κάνω χειρουργική αφαίρεση ημιέγκλειστου φρονιμίτη. Μου είπε ο αιματολόγος ότι δεν κάνουν σε τέτοιες μικροεπεμβάσεις κάτι αλλά μου έγραψε ενέσεις ηπαρίνης μετεγχειρητικά εάν έχω μεγάλο οίδημα. Να δούμε δηλαδή αν έχω μεγάλο οίδημα να κάνω. Ποια η άποψη σας; Γιατί γενικά είναι μια «απλή» μικροεπέμβαση, εκείνος δεν το θεωρεί αναγκαίο αλλά αφήνει ένα παραθυράκι ανοικτό και δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω τελικά
