Εξαγωγή ημιέγκλειστου φρονιμήτη: είναι επώδυνη; Χρειάζεται αντιβίωση;
Παρακαλώ για εξαγωγη κάτω δεξιού φρονιμητη ημιεγκλειστου είναι επώδυνη η διαδικασία?επίσης πρέπει να πάρω αντιβίωση πριν το ραντεβού?

Οσο πιο συντομη η χειρουργικη διαδικασια τοσο λιγοτερο επωδυνη η αποκατασταση.

Αν δεν υπήρχε φλεγμονή δε χρειάζεται να πάρετε την αντιβίωση αλλά μετά την εξαγωγή καλό θα ήταν να πάρετε

Καλησπέρα σας, η εξαγωγή οποιουδήποτε φρονιμήτη πρέπει να είναι μια ανώδυνη διαδικασία στο ιατρείο, καθώς γίνεται με τοπική αναισθησία και ο ασθενής δεν νιώθει το παραμικρό (πάρα μια μικρή πίεση κατά την διάρκεια της τελικής εκμόχλευσης του δοντιού από το φατνίου.) Λήψη αντιβίωσης δεν είναι απαραίτητη πάρα μόνο στην περίπτωση ενεργής φλεγμονής και συμπτωμάτων πόνου/οιδήματος στην περιοχή, όπου η αντιβίωση θα πρέπει να ληφθεί τουλάχιστον 3-4 μέρες πριν την εξαγωγή.
