Την Δευτέρα 4/03 έκανα χοριακη η οποία ήταν 1060 σήμερα επανέλαβαν την εξέταση της χοριακης και ήταν 1020. Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει η μείωση της;

Λυπάμαι αλλά δεν πάει καλά η εγκυμοσύνη αυτή. Μπορεί να είναι παλίνδρομος, αλλά μπορεί να είναι και εξωμήτριος.

Η Β χοριακή θα έπρεπε ανά 2 ημέρες περίπου να διπλασιάζεται για να δείξει πως πάει καλά η εγκυμοσύνη. Δεν είναι καλό σημάδι για καλή έκβαση της εγκυμοσύνης η μείωση της.

Κατά πάσα πιθανότητα η εγκυμοσύνη δεν προχωρά. Επαναλάβετε τη χοριακή σε δύο ημέρες και αν μειώνεται σημαίνει ότι παλινδρόμησε η κύηση.

Προφανώς δεν μπορούμε να κρίνουμε την εξέλιξη της κύησης μόνο από τα επίπεδα της Β χοριακης αλλά δεν είναι θετικό το ότι δεν υπήρχε αύξηση αυτής. Θα πρέπει να μιλήσετε με το γιατρό που σας παρακολουθεί για τα επόμενα βήματα παρακολούθησης. Σας εύχομαι τα καλύτερα.
