SOS χρειάζομαι την βοήθεια σας! Είμαι στις αρχές της εγκυμοσύνης μου, 6 εβδομάδων, και έφαγα ωμό μοσχάρι σε ένα εστιατόριο, σε μορφή αλλαντικού όπως είναι το ζαμπόν..μετά είδα ότι απαγορεύεται και έχω τρομοκρατηθεί, φοβάμαι μην έπαθα τοξόπλασμα ή κάτι άλλο..είχα κάνει προγεννητικό έλεγχο 6 μήνες προτού μείνω έγκυος και ήταν μια χαρά..τι να κάνω έχω πανικοβληθεί, βοηθήστε με σας παρακαλώ”

Μην πανικοβάλεστε δεν θαωσας βοηθήσει σε κάτι. Το άγχος επηρεάζει αρνητικά το έμβρυο. Σε μερικές εβδομάδες θα κάνετε έλεγχο για αντισώματα έναντι του τοξοπλασματος και θα δείτε αν έχει συμβεί κάτι.
