Καλησπέρα σας. Ζω στην Αγγλία και είμαι στην 11η βδομάδα εγκυμοσύνης. Έπειτα από εξετάσεις ούρων που έκανα εδώ, με ενημέρωσε η μαία ότι έχω Ε.coli μόλυνση και μου συνταγογράφησαν Nitrofurantoin 50mg για 7 ημέρες, και μου είπαν να παίρνω 4 φορές την μέρα ανα 4 ώρες. Τους είπα ότι δεν έχω κανένα σύμπτωμα αλλά επέμειναν να πάρω κανονικά την αντιβίωση και μου εγγυήθηκαν ότι είναι οκ να την πάρω και δεν θα επηρεάσει το μωρό. Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας;

Καλησπέρα σας. Ναι, είναι σωστό αυτό που σας είπαν. Όταν έχουμε κάποιο μικρόβιο στα ουρά ακόμα κ όταν δεν έχουμε συμπτώματα χρειάζεται να το θεραπευσουμε στην κύηση. Φυσικά αυτό εκτός εγκυμοσύνης δεν ισχύει. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί έχουμε δει ότι οι ασυμπτωματικες ουρολοιμωξεις στην εγκυμοσύνη μπορεί να εξελιχθούν κ να προκαλέσουν επιπλοκές.

Θα πρέπει να πάρετε την αντιβιωση ανά 6 ώρες. Στην εγκυμοσυνη πρέπει να δίνεται αγωγή όταν έχουμε ασυμπτωματικη βακτηριουρια όπως εσείς.
