Πώς να ρυθμίσω το TSH στην εγκυμοσύνη με υποθυρεοειδισμό και υπερέμεση;
Καλημέρα σας,είμαι έγκυος με υποθυρεοειδισμό τον οποίο είχα ρυθμισμένο.Λογω της υπερεμεσης που πέρασα ξερυθμιστηκε το TSH το οποίο μου ανέβηκε στο 4,54.Πως μπορώ να το ρυθμίσω;Επίσης υπάρχει πιθανότητα να έχει δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα στο μωρό μου;(μιας και η τελευταία φορά που εξέτασα τον θυρεοειδή μου ήταν 29 Δεκεμβρίου,ο οποίος τότε ήταν ρυθμισμένος κανονικά)

Καλησπέρα σας. Θα πρέπει να σας δει ένας ενδοκρινολόγος και προφανώς να σας τροποποησει την αγωγή που λαμβάνετε. Είναι ΄πολύ δύσκολο να σας απαντήσει κάποιος το πως μπορεί να έχει επηρεαστεί η κύηση από τον αρρύθμιστο υποθυρεοειδισμό. Άρα αυτό που μπορείτε να κάνετε είναι τουλάχιστον να ρυθμιστείτε καλύτερα τώρα κ να έχετε μια σωστή παρακολούθηση από τον γυναικολόγο.

Θα πρέπει να μιλήσετε με τον ενδοκρινολογο σας άμεσα για να τροποποιηθεί η δοσολογία του T4 που παίρνετε.
