Έγκυος 4η εβδομάδα: κατανάλωση κρέατος κυνηγιού και μόλυβδος, επιπτώσεις;
Είμαι έγκυος και στην 4η εβδομάδα χωρις ακόμη να το γνωρίζω έφαγα κρέας απο κυνήγι που λένε οτι απαγορεύεται λογω της περιεκτικότητας του σε μόλυβδο απο τα σκάγια. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω κάνει κάτι κακό στο εμβρυό μου;

Καλησπέρα. Η ανησυχία για το κρέας από κυνήγι σχετίζεται κυρίως με τη μακροχρόνια και συχνή κατανάλωση, όχι με μία μεμονωμένη φορά. Η πιθανότητα να έχει επηρεαστεί το έμβρυο είναι εξαιρετικά χαμηλή. Φυσικά μπορείς να το συζητήσεις με τον γιατρό σου, ο οποίος μπορεί να σε καθοδηγήσει για τυχόν εξετάσεις, αν κριθεί απαραίτητο. Μην αγχώνεσαι όμως, η περιστασιακή έκθεση δεν θεωρείται επικίνδυνη. Ελπίζω να σε καθησύχασα.
