Έγκυος 12 εβδομάδων με θετικά igm στην ερυθρά, χωρίς συμπτώματα - τι σημαίνει;
Καλησπέρα είμαι έγκυος 12 εβδομάδων 3 Ιανουαρίου τα igm ήταν θετικά στην ερυθρα 28.50 η τιμή εγώ όμως δεν νόσησα ποτε τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει?

Καλησπέρα σας. Η θετική τιμή IgM για την ερυθρά μπορεί να υποδηλώνει πρόσφατη λοίμωξη ή, σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, ψευδώς θετικό αποτέλεσμα. Αυτό είναι σημαντικό να διευκρινιστεί, ειδικά κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης.
Η επόμενη κίνηση είναι συνήθως η διερεύνηση με πιο εξειδικευμένες εξετάσεις, όπως το τεστ IgG για την ερυθρά και επανάληψη του IgM. Εάν υπάρχει αμφιβολία, ο γιατρός σας μπορεί να συστήσει περαιτέρω εξετάσεις, όπως αμνιοπαρακέντηση, αν κριθεί απαραίτητο.
