8 εβδομάδων έγκυος με θετικά CMV αντισώματα: Ποιες εξετάσεις χρειάζονται;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 8 εβδομάδων και οι εξετασεις για CMV βγήκαν θετικές και στα δύο αντισώματα..Τι άλλες εξετάσεις πρέπει να κάνω; Υπάρχει κίνδυνος για την εγκυμοσύνη;

Καλησπέρα σας. Το γεγονός ότι τα αντισώματα για CMV (IgG και IgM) είναι θετικά δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι πρόκειται για πρόσφατη λοίμωξη.
Για να διαπιστωθεί αν πρόκειται για παλιά ή πρόσφατη λοίμωξη, πρέπει να γίνει εξέταση IgG avidity. Αν η τιμή είναι υψηλή, δείχνει ότι η λοίμωξη έγινε πριν την εγκυμοσύνη και δεν υπάρχει κίνδυνος. Αν είναι χαμηλή ή αμφίβολη, τότε πιθανόν να χρειαστούν και περαιτέρω εξετάσεις.
