Είμαι 46, τυχαία μέτρηση γλυκόζης αίματος 1.13 μετά από γλυκό. Να ανησυχώ;
Καλησπέρα...είμαι 46 χρόνων.. Εντελώς τυχαία μετρηθηκα μετά απόια ώρα ενώ είχα καταναλώσει γλυκό κ ήπια καφέ με λίγη ζάχαρη κ είχα 1.13..να ανυσηχω

Όχι με αυτό το δεδομένο δεν ανησυχείτε , 2 ωρες μετά οποιοδήποτε φαγητό , είναι φυσιολογικό το σακχαρο μέχρι 140mg/dl. Κάντε όμως μια γλυκοζυλιωμενη αιμοσφαιρινη και σάκχαρο νηστείας αν θέλετε να το διερευνησετε περισσοτερο γιατί δεν ξέρω τι παράγοντες κινδύνου έχετε.
