Τι προκαλεί καθυστέρηση περιόδου και μεγάλη διάρκεια στα 48 με πόνο;
Είμαι 48 ετών και τα τελευταία 2χρονια έχω πολλές καθυστερήσεις στην περίοδο μου και 2και 3 μήνες ενώ ήμουν ρολόι και οταν έρχεται η περίοδος μου κρατάει μέχρι και 13 και 14 μέρες . κι έχω πολύ αίμα και πόνο;;τι μπορεί να έχω;; ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας..

Καλησπέρα. Το πιο πιθανό είναι να είστε στην προεμμηνοπαυση. Κάντε ένα κολπικο υπερηχο για να αποκλειστεί κάποια παθολογια.

πιθανότατα είστε στην προ κλιμακτήριο, η οποία μπορεί να παρουσιάζει αυτά τα φαινόμενα.
Επίσης μπορεί να υπάρχουν πολύποδες ενδομητρίου ή ινομυωματα.
Ένας ορμονικός έλεγχος και μια εξέταση με υπερηχογράφημα θα βοηθούσε.

Οι διαταραχές αυτές είναι συνήθεις στην περίοδο προ της εμμηνόπαυσης λόγω της αλλαγής των ορμονών. Στην περίπτωσή σας ένα ενδομητρικό σπείραμα προγεστερόνης μετά από απόξεση μήτρας ( για διασφάλιση μη ύπαρξης ύποπτων κυττάρων ενδομητρίου) θα αποτελούσε μια πολύ καλή λύση.
