Καθυστέρηση περιόδου, πόνους στο στήθος και πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες στα 18
Γειά σας. Είμαι 18 χρόνων και μου καθυστέρησε παρά πολύ η περίοδος (σχεδόν ένα μήνα κάτι ασυνήθιστο, καθώς μου ήταν τακτική μέχρι τώρα). Δεν έχω κάνει καθόλου συνουσία και έχω πόνους στο στήθος. Ο γυναικολόγος μου μου είπε ότι έχω πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες.... Δεν ξέρω , αγχώνομαι...

Ο γυναικολόγος σου θα σε καθοδηγήσει για το πώς να ρυθμίσεις τον κύκλο σου, αν χρειαστεί. Προσπάθησε να μην αγχώνεσαι, γιατί το στρες μπορεί να επηρεάσει ακόμα περισσότερο την περίοδό σου. Αν έχεις απορίες, μη διστάσεις να ρωτήσεις τον γιατρό σου για να σου εξηγήσει ακριβώς τι είναι οι πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες.
