Καθυστέρηση περιόδου 12 ημερών στα 18 με αρνητικό τεστ εγκυμοσύνης – Πιθανές αιτίες;
Καλησπέρα.έχω καθυστέρηση 12 μέρες έχω κάποιους πόνους μερικές φορές χαμηλά στην κοιλιά αλλά τιποτα είμαι 18 και συνήθως η περίοδος μου αργεί το πολύ 2-3 μέρες έκανα τεστ εγκυμοσύνης και ήταν αρνητικό.Σε τι μπορεί να οφείλεται αυτή η καθυστέρηση;

Καλησπέρα. Καταλαβαίνω ότι η καθυστέρηση μπορεί να σε αγχώνει, ειδικά όταν συνήθως δεν αργεί τόσο πολύ. Αφού το τεστ εγκυμοσύνης ήταν αρνητικό, υπάρχουν πολλοί άλλοι παράγοντες που μπορεί να επηρεάζουν τον κύκλο σου, όπως ορμονικές διαταραχές, άγχος, αλλαγές στη διατροφή ή την καθημερινότητά σου, ή ακόμα και κάποια φάρμακα που μπορεί να παίρνεις.
Εάν η καθυστέρηση συνεχιστεί, καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείς έναν γυναικολόγο για μια πιο ολοκληρωμένη αξιολόγηση και ίσως έναν υπέρηχο ή ορμονικό έλεγχο. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα και εύχομαι να πάνε όλα καλά.
