Καθυστερημένη περίοδος και εξάψεις στα 37: Πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση;
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 37 ετών... γενικά σχεδόν πάντα σταθερό κύκλο όλα τα χρόνια, θυρεοειδής ρυθμισμένος....τον τελευταία μήνα έχω κάποιες έντονες εξαψεις που ίδρωνω στο πρόσωπο, πριν κάποιους μήνες είχα κ μια διαταραχή με ωάριο που δεν έφυγε κ μου ξαναηρθε περίοδος στη βδομάδα πάνω και τώρα αυτό που με απασχολεί είναι ότι έχω παρά πολύ σημαντική καθυστέρηση σχεδόν 1 μήνα! Φοβάμαι για πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση. Δεν έχω κάνει παιδιά κ θα ήθελα, πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης δεν υπάρχει

Οι εξάψεις και η μεγάλη καθυστέρηση μπορεί να σχετίζονται με ορμονικές διακυμάνσεις, αλλά για να αποκλειστεί η πιθανότητα πρόωρης ωοθηκικής ανεπάρκειας, θα ήταν καλό να γίνει ένας ορμονικός έλεγχος. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι βρίσκεστε σε πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση, αλλά σίγουρα αξίζει να το αξιολογήσουμε, ειδικά εφόσον επιθυμείτε μελλοντικά μια εγκυμοσύνη.
