Επηρεάζουν τα οιστρογόνα τις ορμονικές εξετάσεις κατά την προεμμηνόπαυση;
Καλησπέρα. Παίρνω οιστρογόνα γιατί βρίσκομαι σε προεμμηνόπαυση. Οι ορμονικές εξετάσεις κατά την περίοδο θα είναι κανονικές ή θα είναι επηρεασμένες από τα οιστρογόνα που παίρνω? Και εκτός από αυτό η πρώτη φορά που είχα απώλεια περίοδο έκανα εξετάσεις χωρίς περίοδο και η ,FSA ήταν πολύ υψηλή, 78 συγκεκριμένα, μπορεί να είναι λάθος επειδή δεν ήτανε χωρίς περίοδο.

Οχι, ηταν σωστο γιατί ειστε σε προεμμηνοπαυση... Το FSH ανεβαίνει σε τετοια περίπτωση

Δεν θα είναι σωστά τα αποτελέσματα όταν γίνεται εξωγενής χορήγηση οιστρογόνων. Από την άλλη η τιμή FSH που αναφέρεις δίνει το στίγμα κι ας μην έγινε 2η ημέρα περιόδου.

Η FSH ήταν τόσο γιατί είσαστε στην εμμηνόπαυση. Οι ορμονικές εξετάσεις σας τώρα θα είναι σαφώς επηρεασμένες από τα οιστρογόνα που λαμβάνετε. Ελπίζω να λαμβάνετε και προγεστερόνη.
