Είναι φυσιολογικές οι ημικρανίες και η ζάλη πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου;
Γεια σας εχω ημικρανίες πριν κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά την περίοδο επίσης τις ημέρες εκείνες ζαλίζομαι πολύ νιώθω αδυναμία και κόπωση.εχω χαμηλό σίδηρο γενικά . Στα μέσα του κύκλου νιώθω πάλι συμπτώματα περιόδου με ημικρανίες συναισθηματικά σκαμπανεβάσματα το αποδίδω στην ωορρηξία.Ειναι φυσιολογικά όλα αυτά σ έναν κύκλο? Χρειάζονται κάποιες βιταμίνες ίσως ? Ευχαριστώ
