Πρέπει να πάρω προβιοτικά με αντιβίωση; Αρκεί γιαούρτι ή ποτήρι;
Όταν παίρνω αντιβίωση πρέπει να πάρω οπωσδήποτε και προβιοτικά; και αν ναι αρκεί ένα γιαούρτι ή ένα ποτήρι την ημέρα αντί για χάπι;

Μπορείτε συμπληρωματικά ή κ αποκλειστικά να καταναλώνετε για αυτόν σκοπό κ πρόβειο γιαούρτι που περιέχει τους απαραίτητους αυτούς μικρο-οργανισμους. Σας ευχαριστούμε.

Αν εχετε "ευαισθητο" στομαχι κ ειστε γινικα επιρρπεης σε αναλογες διαταρχες θα ηταν μια καποια λυση.
