Πώς να χάσω βάρος χωρίς ζύγισμα τροφών και συγκεκριμένη δίαιτα;
Σας ευχαριστώ για την απάντηση το θέμα μου είναι πως δεν μπορώ να ακολουθήσω διατροφολόγο γιατί παλιά το έκανα αλλά δεν είδα αποτέλεσμα δεν μπορώ το ζυγισμα και συγκεκριμένα φαγητα εκτός αν έχετε να μου προτείνετε κάτι άλλο ή χαπια σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι περιμένω απάντηση σας καλό βράδυ
