Την ώρα που πίνουμε filicine υπάρχει κάποια τροφή που μπλοκάρει την απορρόφηση του, ώστε να τα αποφεύγω

Καλημέρα σας. Τροφές πλούσιες σε ασβέστιο, η καφεΐνη και το αλκοόλ μπορούν να μειώσουν την απορρόφηση το φυλλικού οξέος. Επίσης τροφές πλούσιες σε φυτικές ίνες θα μπορούσαν να έχουν το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα αν καταναλωθούν ταυτόχρονα. Σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις λοιπόν πάρτε το συμπλήρωμα 2 ώρες αφού θα έχετε καταναλώσει τις εν λόγω τροφές.
