Είμαι 54 ετών σε περιεμμηνόπαυση. Εχω χοληστερίνη 225 ολική, HDL 65 & LDL 132. Μπορώ να τρώω αυγά? Πόσα την εβδομάδα? Ολόκληρα με τον κρόκο?
