Έχουν οι εμβοές στο δεξί αυτί θεραπεία με κορτιζόνη και Medrol;
Υποφέρω από εμβοές στο δεξιό αυτί εδώ και πάνω από ένα έτος.Ξεκινησαν ξαφνικά ύστερα από περίοδο έντονου αγχους.Ειμαι 35.Επισκέφτηκα ΩΡΛ κάπως αργά και μου είπε ότι αν πήγαινα νωρίτερα θα μπορούσε να μου έκανε μια ένεση κορτιζόνης και θα περνούσε.Εκανα και ακοογραμμα το οποίο έδειξε μια σχετική βαρηκοια στις υψηλές συχνότητες σε αυτό το αυτί.Εκλεισα ραντεβού με ΩΡΛ και σε δημόσιο νοσοκομείο ο οποίος αφού με κοίταξε και έκανε ακοογραμμα και τύμπανο γράμμα με παρέπεμψε σε ρευματολόγο.Ο Ρευματολόγος,αφού μου έγραψε κάνα κάνω πολλές εξετάσεις(αντισωματα,CRP, και άλλες αλλά και ακτινογραφία θώρακος) μου είπε σήμερα να πάρω medrol σταδιακά από 2 χάπια ημερησίως για 5 ημέρες και μετά πέφτει η αγωγή περιππου για 2 μήνες.Θεωρειται ότι με αυτή την αγωγή θα δω κάποια διαφορά;Επειδή φοβάμαι και τη κορτιζόνη ,γιατί έχω ακούσει ότι προκαλεί φουσκώματα και περνεις βάρος.Ισχυει αυτό; Ευχαριστώ.

Αν δεν γίνει τίποτα με κορτιζόνη δεν θα φτιάξει το αυτί, φτιάχνει τις πρώτες 10 μέρες από την έναρξη, το καθυστέρησες πολύ.
