Τι προκαλεί μούδιασμα και ήπιο πόνο στην αριστερή πλευρά οδηγού που μεταφέρει πάγο;
Καλησπέρα! Εδώ και τουλάχιστον 1-2 μηνες με πιανει μούδιασμα κύριος στην αριστερή πλευρά του σώματος μια στην ωμοπλάτη μια στο χέρι μια στο πόδι αλλά περνάει νιώθω κάποιες φορές έναν ήπιο πόνο στα πλευρά κυρίως αριστερά μια στο στήθος από την αριστερή πλευρά.....τι μπορεί να είναι;; Είμαι οδηγός και μεταφέρω πάγο τις περισσότερες φορές με τα χέρια παίζει κάποιο ρόλο αυτό;;

Πιθανότατα να μην είναι κάτι σοβαρό κ να είναι αποτέλεσμα κόπωσης κτλ.
Ωστόσο αν ανησυχείτε πρέπει να συμβουλευτείτε νευρολογο

Προφανώς είναι από κακή στάση σώματος έλλειψη άσκησης μπορεί και έλλειψη κάποιων ιχνοστοιχείων , βάλτε άσκηση στην ζωή σας και ίσως χρειάζεται φυσικοθεραπεία και αποκατάσταση , απευθυνθείτε σε φυσικοθεραπευτή
