Αυχενικό, ζαλάδες, πόνος στο στήθος και κρίσεις πανικού: πως να ανακουφιστώ;
Καλησπέρα από τον περσινό χειμώνα ταλαιπωρούμαι με αυχενικό κάθε φορά όταν είναι σε έξαρση όπως τώρα έχω ζαλάδες και πόνο στο στήθος με έχουν δει σε αυτό το διάστημα 3 καρδιολόγοι και δεν βρίσκουν τίποτα όπως γίναν και εξετάσεις πριν ένα μήνα λόγω χειρουργείου στην χολή και τα καρδιολογικά και οι εξετάσεις ήταν μια χαρά...αγχώνομαι πολύ και παθαίνω κρίσεις πανικού...πως μπορώ να ανακουφιστω?
