Πως γίνεται η αυχενική διαφάνεια καλή αλλά το NIPT δείχνει σύνδρομο Down;
Καλησπερα. Εκανα αυχενικη διαφανεια κ nipt test. Η αυχενικη διαφανεια ηταν πολυ καλη αλλα το nipt τεστ εδειξε υψηλο κινδυνο για συνδρομο down. Πως γινετε εφ οσον η nipt test να εδειξε κατι τετοιο η αυχενικη διαφανεια να ηταν καλη;

Τόσο η αυχενική όσο και το nipt δεν είναι διάγνωση αλλά εκτίμηση πιθανότητας, βασιζόμενες σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία. Με άλλα λόγια, μπορεί να υπάρχει Σύνδρομο Down με καλή αυχενική διαφάνεια. Επίσης, εφόσον το NIPT είχε αυτό το αποτέλεσμα, πρέπει να κάνετε αμνιοκέντηση. Το αποτέλεσμά της είναι η τελική διάγνωση.

Η αυχενική διαφάνεια δεν είναι πάντα αυξημένη όταν υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Για το λόγο αυτό τώρα πρέπει να προβείτε παραπέρα εξέταση του παιδιού, είτε με βιοψία χοριακών λαχνών, είτε με αμνιοπαρακέντηση, ώστε να είστε απόλυτα σίγουρη.
