Καλησπέρα σας, ειμαι 34 ετών και έκανα την αυχενική διαφάνεια στις 12w5d... Το ρινικό οστο ηταν ορατό με ΑΔ 2.2 και κεφαλουριαιο μήκος 67.8 mm. H b-hcg και η papp a μου βγηκαν χαμηλες (δηλαδή 0,418 ΜΟΜ και 0,292 ΜΟΜ αντίστοιχα. Επομενως είχα κίνδυνο για τρισωμια 21 1:287 (τροποποιημενη 1:2310),τρισωμια 18 1:713(τροποποιημενη 1:281) και τρισωμια 13 1:2232 (τροποποιημενη 1:336) Να σημειωθεί ότι ο γιατρός μου είπε να παιρνω κάθε βράδυ σαλοσπιρ των 160 και μου συνέστησε να κάνω nipt test! Θεωρείτε πως υπάρχει κάποιος κινδυνος για το μωρο? Με ανησύχησε που ήταν και η χοριακη λιγο χαμηλη

Το καλύτερο για εσάς θα ήταν να κάνετε μοριακό καρυοτυπο με λήψη χοριακων λαχνων για να σιγουρευτείτε ότι δεν υπάρχει κάποιο γενετικό πρόβλημα με το έμβρυο. Επίσης θα πρέπει να γίνει καλή εμβρυοκαρδιολογικη εξέταση.
