Να ανησυχώ για οριακή διάταση παγκρεατικού πόρου χωρίς συμπτώματα;
Καλημέρα σας Την Παρασκευή 7/3/2025 υπεβλήθη σε υπέρηχο άνω κοιλίας και τα ευρήματα ήταν τα εξής: Ηπαρ και χοληδόχος κύστη φαίνονται φυσιολογικά σε μέγεθος χωρίς αλλοιώσεις, λίθους και κύστες. Χοληδόχος πόρος φυσιολογικού εύρους 4.2 χιλιοστά. Πάγκρεας και σπλήνας παρουσιάζονται με φυσιολογικο μέγεθος και ηχωμορφολογια. Οριακή διάταση παγκρεατικού πόρου στο απεικονιζομενο τμήμα έως 2,3 mm. Η παθολόγος μου ζήτησε μαγνητική αλλά χωρίς κανένα λόγο ανησυχίας.Θα ήθελα και ναι δεύτερη γνώμη όμως. Να ανησυχώ;(Δεν έχω κανένα σύμπτωμα ή πόνο,δεν πίνω αλκοόλ και δεν καπνίζω, επίσης δεν έχω πέρασει ποτέ παγκρεατίτιδα). Ευχαριστώ
