Τι προκαλεί πόνο στη γάμπα κυρίως στο κρύο; Συμβουλές γυμναστηρίου
Καλησπερα εχω περιπου τρεις εβδομαδες πονο στην γαμπα κ κυριως στο κρυο παω γυμναστηριο 5 φορες την εβδομαδα το ειχα περασει πριν καποιους μηνες δεν εδωσα σημασια και περασε μονο του σχετικα το ειχα ξεκουραση ενω τωρα οχι οφειλεται σε καποιο τραβηγμα ;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εξαρτάται από την ένταση την συχνότητα και την διάρκεια αυτού πόνου ,ε έρχεται μόνο στην γυμναστική ή μετά από αυτή; Πως ξυπνάτε το πρωί; Θα πρέπει να σας δει ορθοπαιδικός για να σας καθοδηγήσει. Θα πρότεινα να μειώσετε λίγο τη συχνότητα ή /και την ένταση του γυμναστηριου, τόσο ώστε να μην πονάτε και κατόπιν να κάνετε κάποιου τύπου αποκατάσταση ώστε να επανέλθετε πλήρως.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι μυϊκός τραυματισμός. Καλό θα ήταν να γίνει φυσιοθεραπευτική αξιολόγηση για να προχωρήσουμε σε θεραπεία .
