Πότε θα επανέλθει πλήρως η δύναμη στη γάμπα μετά από χειρουργείο αχιλλείου;
Καλησπέρα, πριν 6 μήνες έκανα χειρουργίο για ολική ρήξη αχιλλέιου. Το είχα ακινητοποιημένο για 1,5 μήνα. Μετά τον 1,5 μήνα, ξεκίνησα να περπατάω (όχι κανονικά τον πρώτο καιρό) και να κάνω φυσθοθεραπείες. Από τους 3 μήνες περπατάω κανονικά, τρέχω σε καλή ένταση και κάνω και γυμναστήριο για ενδυνάμωση. Δεν έχω καμιά ενόχληση. Μετά από 6 μήνες όμως, ακόμα δεν έχει επανάλθει η δύναμη στη γάμπα. Και οπτικά είναι αρκετά αδυναμη σε σχέση με την άλλη. Επίσης μπορώ και σηκώνομαι μόνο με το χειρουργημένο πόδι, με τη μύτη, αλλά όχι στο 100%. Σε πόσο καιρό θεωρητικά θα επιστρέψω σε πλήρη λειτουργία;;
