Πόνοι στη μέση, γλουτούς και βάρος στα πόδια μετά από καταπόνηση - Τι να κάνω;
Καλημέρα σας.Εδω κι ένα μήνα έχω πόνους πίσω χαμηλά στη μέση,στους γλουτούς και πλέον αίσθημα βάρους στα πόδια.Ολα ξεκίνησαν από έντονη καταπόνηση(σήκωμα βάρους, γυμναστική κτλ).Έκανα μαγνητική οσφυϊκής μοίρας και κατέδειξε τρεις μικρές κοίλες που πιέζουν ήπια το νεύρο.Μπηκα σε αγωγή με arcoxia για 5 μέρες αλλά μειώθηκε μόνο η κοκυγοδυνια . Άλλες πέντε μέρες πήρα αγωγή medrol (12mg την ημέρα) .Ήπια μείωση των συμπτωμάτων τα οποία επανήλθαν μετά την διακοπή κορτιζόνης.Επισκεφθηκα νευροχειρουργό και εικασε από την κλινική εξέταση πιθανή ιερολαγονιτιδα.Δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω .Η ποιότητα της ζωής μου έχει υποβαθμιστεί πολύ.Ουτε να καθήσω μπορώ ,ούτε να περπατήσω όπως πριν.Τι να κάνω;

Ζεστά, φυσικοθεραπεία , περπάτημα , απλά αναλγητικά.
Αν επιμένει , ίσως χρειαστεί να μιλήσετε εκ νέου με τον ορθοπαιδικό σας ή κάποιο ρευματολογο, καθώς η ιερολαγονιες αρθρώσεις ειναι "αγαπημένες" κάποιων ρευματοπαθειων
