Πιθανότητες επαναποκόλλησης αμφιβληστροειδούς μετά από επέμβαση καταρράκτη;
Καλημέρα σας Έχω κάνει επεμβάσεις αποκόλλησης αμφιβληστροειδούς και στα δύο μάτια με το αριστερό να είχε και αποκόλληση ωχράς. Επίσης στο δεξί έχει γίνει προ 15ετιας prk διόρθωσης αστιγματισμού. Στο αριστερό δεν έχει γίνει αν και υπάρχουν 3.5 βαθμοί αστιγματισμού. Το δεξί μάτι πλεον έκανε καταρράκτη σε σημαντικό βαθμό. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω τι πιθανότητες υπάρχουν για επαναποκολληση αμφιβληστροειδούς με την επέμβαση καταρράκτη και αν είναι προτιμότερο να γίνει από τον γιατρό που έκανε τον αμφιβληστροειδή η την PRK; Επίσης στο αριστερό αν είναι προτιμότερο να χρησιμοποιηθεί ενδοτορικος φακός η να προηγηθεί lasik η prk του καταρράκτη; Ευχαριστώ
