Μπορώ να κάνω κολύμβηση και μονόζυγο 4 μήνες μετά από αποκόλληση αμφιβληστροειδούς;
Έχω χειρουργηθεί με Αποκόλληση Αμφιβληστροειδούς πριν 4μηνες.Μετα από ένα μήνα από την Επέμβαση έγινε αποκόλληση υαλ ειδους και Ρωγμή και στο Άλλο Μάτι και Έγινε laser .Μετά απo3Εβδομάδες με είδε ο Γιατρός καί μου είπε ότι είναι όλα καλά , καί ότι μπορώ να Γυμνάζομαι.Σημερα έχουν περάσει 4μηνες.Μπορω να τα κάνω όλα? Κολύμβηση. Μονόζυγο όπως πριν? Πέρασα πολλά και φοβάμαι.

Καλυτερα να μην κανετε κατι με μεγαλη ενταση η με μεγαλα βάρη. Και τα δυο σας ματια εχουν παθολογικες αλλαγες στον αμφιβληστροειδή και ρισκο για αποκόλληση
