Ανεύρυσμα 40mm σε ανιούσα αορτή: πρέπει πάντα χειρουργείο;
Καλησπέρα το τριπλεξ καρδιάς έδειξε ανευρυσμα 40mm σε γυναίκα 74 ετών. Ο γιατρός είπε ετήσιο τσεκ απ. Εγώ γνωρίζω από άλλη περίπτωση ότι στα ανεύρυσματα τοποθετούνται στεντ. Όμως ο γιστρος μου ειπε ότι επειδή είναι στην ανιουσα, μπορεί να χρειαστεί ανοιχτό χειρουργείο. Ποια η γνώμη σας; είναι βέβαιο ότι κάποια στιγμή θα θέλει χειρουργείο;
