Ναι είναι δυνατόν. Το ανοσιακό σύστημα αρχικά ευαισθητοποιείται στο φάρμακο (σκιαγραφικο) με παραγωγή είτε ειδικών αντισωμάτων (IgE) είτε ειδικών κυττάρων (Τ λεμφοκύτταρα) και την επόμενη φορά προκαλείται η αντίδραση υπερευαισθησίας (αλλεργία)
